In late 2025 the HOA engaged a structural engineering firm,  Providence Partners in Statesville to conduct assessments of each building on the property.   This was done out of an abundance of caution due to properties troubled history in the 80's and early 90's particularly with Building 5.

That report is now finished and their full findings are available here.    A shorter summary of those findings that has been sent to the ownership is also available, here.

As of April of 2026 we are engaging with general contractors to get estimates to complete the recommended repairs so that we can formulate a plan to address the issues in the report.

Once we have the estimates we will call a special meeting to discuss our options and decide how to move forward.
