Pool Access

We use a software called OpenPath- Now called Alta Open- to control access to the pool. This same system can be used to control access to other parts of our property in the future - like a gate to the access road so we can make it difficult for outsiders to damage our dock.

In the past, we charged $25 for a pool key. We found that system was being abused, that keys were being copied, and that our pool area was being trashed. There are no extra fees in 2026 for the pool beyond HOA dues being current.

To gain access to the pool today, simply fill out the form below and we will make sure your account is created. Check your email and junk folders for an email from OpenPath for a link to access your account in the coming days, then follow that email's instructions to install the app on iOS, Apple Watch, or Android.

The Board is confirming every single bit of information before you will be granted access to the pool. If any information is missing, we will not create a pool access credential for you until it is completed.
Do you understand that the new system keeps a log of access to the pool? If the HOA finds trash, clogged toilets, etc., we may be asking you (or your landlord) about what you saw, and possibly suspending access if we find consistent problems related to your pool usage. It is in your best interest to report issues as soon as you find them so the Board can suspend or fine the appropriate units.*
