Owners Meeting- June 22nd 2024

To all Owners of Quail Run Condominiums-

The HOA will be holding its annual owners meeting on June 22nd 2024 in the club house next to the pool at 10AM.

This meeting is held yearly as required by our bylaws and will end promptly at 12PM.  Order and Decorum will be maintained at all times. Anyone failing to maintain decorum will be asked to leave immediately, if order is not maintained then the meeting will be cancelled.

A quorum of owners in attendance or by proxy is required for the meeting to become official and for us to conduct official business.   In years past, achieving this quorum has been a rarity.   Please either attend or fill out the included Proxy form and return it via mail or email as soon as possible.   You may also fill out a proxy online if you prefer on our website at lakehickorycondos.com

Prior to the start of the meeting we will establish a record of attendance.  Whether or not quorum is reached will greatly affect the meetings content and outcome.
