Some Attorney's Office's fail to notify us of sales, especially if you paid cash.   Please reach out to Lonnie's Office to make sure we have all your information.

They also tell you that its time to get the utilities like Water and Garbage into your name-  This is False.    The ONLY utilities that you need to contact are for Power and Internet.   Water, Sewer and Garbage is provided by the HOA.

Lastly,  If you did not receive a key to your units mailbox then you will need to go to the Hickory post office in downtown and fill out a form to have that lock changed.
