All owners need written permission before any structural type revisions to the unit.
Home inspections must be required when selling a unit.
Camera updates from Russell Pate:
We will start with installing 2 cameras, one at the center visitor lot and one to monitor the entrance. More will be added as needed . One will also be installed at the Pool/Clubhouse area.
Scott, Allen and Russell will get this installed before next annual meeting.
We will set the Annual Meeting for May 21, 2022 and send out notices to all owners, post on Facebook and Website.
HOA Lowes Card: Any purchases over $500 must be approved by the Treasurer, Russell Pate.
Signs: Erina has ordered Dog and Surveillance signs from A Sign Co and they will be installed next week at every building. Also installed will be a no trespassing sign at the entrance. There will be a parking sign that will list the tow company and #.
Car Tags will be ordered. Two per unit and visitor tags will also be ordered. Lost tag fee will be set at $50.
Any visitor that an owner has that is here over 10 days will be required to buy a $25 visitor tag.

Pool: The pool guy, John, is going to get all paperwork and inspections for the pool to open May 1st barring no repairs need to be made. Close date end of Sept. / first of Oct.
Allen will be present when the inspector comes out.
Post the opening of the pool on facebook and request help from owners to get it ready.
Will look into lights for the walkway to the pool.
Budget: We will have special meeting for the budget due to time constraints
Parking Lot issues- Visitor tags to be ordered- if visitor is here more than10 days a $25 visitor tag must be purchased.
