Meeting started at 6:30pm

Allen Barnes opened the meeting for nominations for President due to resignation.

 

Allen Barnes nominated Yadira Williams for President

Bernice Gragg 2^nd’s the motion

 

Allen Barnes nominates Scott Beck remain as Vice President

Bernice Gragg 2^nd’s the nomination

Scott agreed to remain only under the agreement that he not be president again.

 

Allen Barnes nominated Russell Pate as Treasurer

Scott Beck 2^nd’s the nomination

 

Allen Barnes nominates Jamie Hensley to remain as Secretary

Bernice Gragg 2^nd’s the nomination

 

Next Board Meeting  set for February 26^th (Saturday) at 9am

 

Scott Beck brings up disagreement of window and door replacement

Board agreed to table and research to discuss at the 26^th meeting

 

Allen Barnes at 6:40pm motioned to end meeting
