2025 Annual Owners Meeting
The annual owners meeting for 2025 was held December 7th 2025- It was delayed this year in hopes to have additional information about pending issues for us to discuss. Formal meeting minutes are below- however the summary is that we had a total of 57.65 votes present either in person or by proxy which met our Quorum requirement of 50% for the first time since 2019! Thank you all for coming. This was very important for the future of our community given the pending issues that we face.
The board of directors was formally elected;
1st class- Russell Pate (3 year term)
2nd class- Scott Beck (2 year term)
3rd class- Berniece Gragg (1 year term)
We also discussed the pending structural inspections, pool repairs and other maintenance and repairs needed in the community. We should have the structural inspection results in 3-4 months. Hope to have pool repairs completed before summer and other maintenance items addressed as the budget allows.
